Joe heads up additional learning support services in a large college in the south west. Responsible for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Joe has strategic lead for high needs students and manages additional learning support funding streams for the college.
Joe has led on a number of successful projects relating to transition and students with autism. Prior to Joe's current role he qualified as a teacher working with entry level students with learning, behavioural and emotional difficulties. Joe applies his knowledge and experiences via a weekly blog and more recently in TES features.
